Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology and societal trends, publishing quarterly trend reports

- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of industry experts and academic partners
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Strong background in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
