Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on emerging tech implications (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for future-focused research
- Advise C-suite on long-term technology investments and innovation portfolio allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight analytics team
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight tools
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Publications in foresight journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
