- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and futurist networks
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
