- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry research institutions
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends affecting future landscapes
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into market opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
