Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 and beyond
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or futurist methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
