Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and executive briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend impact analysis
