- Produce trend intelligence reports and competitive analysis for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent company vision at global tech forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture organization-wide
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies certification
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major tech publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
