Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the 2026 Technology Horizon Report with predictive market analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University)
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for existential risks and opportunities
- Present foresight insights to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and establish internal foresight methodology
- Author thought leadership content published in Nature Futures and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on AI ethics or exponential technologies
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of biotech convergence points (CRISPR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Gephi, Tableau)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF preferred)
