Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary task forces on AI governance, climate resilience, and bio-digital integration
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring disruptors from 50+ countries
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation sprints with NASA, WHO, and MIT Media Lab partners
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Architects program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Social Science
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio including UN/IPCC/WEF projects
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of global policy frameworks (SDGs, AI Ethics Guidelines)
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- Track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
