Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends with global impact potential
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling future-state proposals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to embed 2026-ready solutions
- Author white papers on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing seed-to-series B funding for experimental projects
- Deep network within DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
