- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging research
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Quantify market opportunities for disruptive technologies with ROI modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership on AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
