Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with R&D, product, and design teams
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future risk/opportunity landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive analytics framework
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (preferred)
