Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future market disruption
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging tech trends
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight framework
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale future strategy implementation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Systems Thinking)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
