Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies through financial modeling and competitive analysis
- Advise product development teams on integrating future-ready capabilities into current roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on technology and societal transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience translating complex technological concepts into business strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
