Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and R&D teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging trend adoption
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as the 2026 innovation benchmark
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on future-focused R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record influencing enterprise-level transformation (>$1B impact)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech policy
