Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global teams
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging trends into 5-year roadmaps
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain a network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in technology, futures studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
