Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to translate future scenarios into actionable business priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive innovations
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with advanced analytical tools
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
