Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-relevant solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
