Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for AI, quantum, and biotechnology convergence
- Present future-state roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organization
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Published research on emerging tech trends (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
