Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling frameworks
- Establish global networks of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Drive adoption of futures-thinking methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional command of quantitative modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive-level experience
