Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic roadmaps identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state priorities
- Quantify future ROI projections for emerging technologies and business models
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Maintain partnerships with global research institutes and futurist networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
