As a cornerstone of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop scenario-based frameworks for the post-2025 era. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports and strategic recommendations for board presentations
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Create quantitative and qualitative impact assessments for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's internal foresight capabilities
- Represent the company at global forums on future-shaping technologies and societal trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology forecasting
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
