Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in exponential technologies and emerging market analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D initiatives
