Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead high-impact research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Produce executive-ready future outlook reports and strategic recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to align organizational vision with future realities
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and business development opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends to identify strategic implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Strong publication record in foresight or thought leadership platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
