Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain expert networks across tech, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and simulation tools
- Adv executive teams on emerging risks and strategic pivots for 2026-2030
- Curate annual FutureWorks 2026 Summit featuring global futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate adaptation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Strong data visualization and scenario communication skills
