Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops mapping 2026 technology and societal trajectories
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive analytics
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Author "2026 Horizon Scan" reports identifying disruptive innovations and emerging risks
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-concept technologies and business models
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Ability to translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
