As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research teams, and global partners to develop actionable 2026 roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map future industry disruptions and opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker in futurism/innovation spaces preferred
