Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal inflection points
- Design and implement Horizon Dynamics' proprietary FutureScapeā¢ foresight framework
- Mentor junior futurists and collaborate with MIT Media Lab researchers
- Present trend forecasts at Davos, World Economic Forum, and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of published trend analysis (peer-reviewed journals or major publications)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex data into actionable narratives
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @Risk)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful client futures projects
