Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic modeling tools
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation at scale
- Exceptional command of scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech ecosystems
- Fluency in strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
