Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and horizon-scanning methodologies for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-facing topics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into concrete product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities across geopolitical and technological domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing global research networks
