Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and researchers
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or space tech domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience leading global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
