Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual strategic foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Design cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to investors and executive leadership boards
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight community network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis reports
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
