Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to map 2026 technological and societal disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integration
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Author high-impact trend reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Curate and host global futures summits with industry disruptors
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and sentiment mapping
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 or tech scale-up
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Mastery of foresight tools: horizon scanning, Delphi method, and causal layered analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
