Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of advanced Machine Learning models and decentralized AI agents that operate autonomously.
- Quantum Integration: Bridge the gap between classical software engineering and emerging quantum computing paradigms to create hybrid processing solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and alignment with human values.
- Mentorship & Innovation: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into client products and internal platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI research or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
