Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures specifically tailored for the 'Vision 2026' roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Strategy & Vision: Translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete technical requirements and development milestones.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes for emerging technologies, including Neural Link interfaces and predictive biotech models.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks in futuristic projects and implement mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. A PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on visionary projects.
