Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-driven foresight frameworks to identify emerging technology trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients and public sector partners
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of researchers and engineers through complex problem-solving
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Publish white papers and thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI research experience
- Proven track record of publishing breakthrough papers at NeurIPS, ICML, or similar top-tier conferences
- Expertise in at least two of: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent institutions
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Strong presentation abilities with experience advising C-level executives and government bodies
- Portfolio of deployed AI solutions with measurable business or societal impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
