Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal patterns through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks to model future scenarios for client industries
- Translate complex trend data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-ready business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models published in industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of translating complex data into executive-level strategic insights
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
