Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews, data modeling, and trend analysis
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and actionable foresight reports
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using advanced analytical tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
