Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify transformative technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future insights into executable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and industry thought leaders
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization proficiency
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications preferred
