Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish innovation incubation programs and mentor next-generation talent
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-facing innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, biotech, climate tech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
