- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, producing actionable trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks aligned with ESG 2030 targets
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while building an internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial products or services
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech ecosystems
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
