Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and socio-economic domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation for Fortune 500 companies
