Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences on emerging tech paradigms
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, R&D strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
