Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Build and lead a global network of futurist partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
