Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports analyzing technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging markets

- Identify and evaluate high-potential startups for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused internal think tank
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
