Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with 5-10 year business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovation analysts and build foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
