Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business opportunities
- Establish and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote speeches, and trend reports
- Champion experimental innovation projects with R&D and product development teams
- Quantify future scenarios through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or AGI
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience guiding executive workshops
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Strong data literacy with experience in scenario modeling and predictive analytics
