Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and sustainable urban development
- Produce strategic foresight reports and white papers for C-suite executives on emerging disruptive technologies
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global stakeholders to co-create resilient business models
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for long-term transformation initiatives
- Maintain cutting-edge expertise in quantum computing, bio-integration, and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos, TED Talks, or equivalent high-impact forums
