Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using design thinking and trend analysis methodologies
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for stakeholders and investment partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner, Futures Platform)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic implementations
