Responsibilities
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports analyzing global trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for market disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic positioning
- Curate and analyze data from global trend intelligence networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives
